Phantasy Star Online

This page provides guidance to Insignia Live users as to how they can connect to Phantasy Star Online.

Server Selection

It is a common fault that users do not make a server selection before attempting to connect. To play Phantasy Star Online, you must select a server via the Insignia Live website.

• Navigate to https://insignia.live/

• Select "Login" and complete the login process

• Select your username and then select "Dashboard" from the drop-down

• On the dashboard, select the "Phantasy Star Online" tab

• Select a server from the drop-down

• Select "Save"

If you complete these steps, you should now be able to connect to Phantasy Star Online via your Xbox console.
