Unable To Continue Error

This guide provide advice on the "unable to continue" error that may affect chipped consoles, with maybe some combination of Rev 1.6 and PAL Xbox consoles.

Was able to resolve by bypassing my modchip (with eject button) and doing the full insignia signup from stock dash with stock bios.
